BT Press Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the book we have sent you in its original condition to reach us within seven days of the date you received it. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of our books within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Email us telling us you are cancelling your purchase and the reason for this, advising us of the title (and quoting our invoice number if possible). Your returns package should show your name and address.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.
We cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning books to us unless we delivered the book to you in error, or if it is damaged or defective.
When we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price of the book once we are in receipt of the returned book.
